Is the founder of KDM construction Ltd, he has successfully ran his own businesses for over 40 years. Originally Kevin trained as a plumber and worked in some of the largest companies in the region. Kevin entered business as a young man and has never faltered on his drive to ensure he produces the highest of standards for his very valued customers and contacts. Kevin is able to work alongside of his daughter Caroline who is the business manager to continue to offer high quality construction in all areas of the industry, from small jobs to commercial projects. 

Caroline has definitely inherited Kevin’s, drive and working ethics to ensure high quality work, she owns another business, which she now stands back from, while it runs efficiently in its own right. As a young adult she found herself very ambitious to achieve her own projects and skills away from the family business. She now has found herself wanting to continue the high quality of work in admiration for her father’s legacy. Caroline would like to see the business grow and deliver the high quality service and production which has been achieved by the family business. Her extensive experience in a wide range of people skills and qualifications allows her to understand the personal touches that everyone would like to deliver in their projects while employing the services of KDM Construction Ltd. Using her knowledge of the industry that she has worked within and alongside of her father whilst growing up, she now is ready to make him proud. Caroline works with the team and the on site manager to ensure that all regulations and health and safety are met, ensuring a smooth delivery of service to our customers. 

Matthew has extensive knowledge in the construction industry and again like kevin has worked in large building companies as well as on the small jobs. Matthew recognises the importance of timings and delivery of a smooth service to ensure that customers feel looked after and organised throughout the projects. Matthew is great at managing a team and ensuring that the site is organised for the up and coming schedules of work, and managing on site safety is paramount to him. He is great at ideas and solutions which he works hard with Kevin and Caroline on, Matthew takes great pride in his job.
